Mulstra is one system for everything a service business runs on — sales, operations, and billing — with a data model shaped by AI to fit how each business actually works.
Service businesses usually run on a stack of disconnected tools: a CRM, spreadsheets, a scheduler, an invoicing app, and a lot of copy-paste between them. Mulstra replaces that stack with one system. AI sets up the objects, fields, and relations a business actually uses, workflows automate the follow-ups and paperwork, and live dashboards sit on top of the same records — one source of truth instead of ten exports.
Every Mulstra workspace exposes its data to AI agents natively: a REST API with an OpenAPI spec and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, authenticated with workspace API keys. An agent can read the schema, query records, and write updates the same way the UI does. See llms.txt for how agents should use Mulstra.
Mulstra runs its own operations on Mulstra — the same workspaces, workflows, and MCP tools we ship are the ones our own business uses every day. When something is clumsy, we feel it first.
